Finding the right flat roof

Felt

As it's lightweight, felt roofing is ideal for weaker structures such as sheds or garages. Any damage can also be patched quickly and cheaply.

Fibreglass

Extremely durable, fibreglass can easily be cut to fit your roof perfectly and because there's no seams, it's completely waterproof. This type of roofing last for around 25 years on average, though can last much longer if it's looked after.

Rubber

As a tough material that is resistant to even the harshest of weather conditions, a rubber roof can provide a fantastic alternative to conventional roofing.

EPDM synthetic rubber is the modern answer to the age-old problem of flat roofs. It's fitted in one piece that's the size of the roof so it's seamless, creating no weak spots on joints etc. EPDM rubber will flex and resists all changes in temperature without cracking or peeling and is totally resistant to atmospheric pollution. Totally waterproof, not a single drop of water will penetrate a rubber roof and it is also unaffected by UV light and ozone.
